Our May flavor of the month is our farmers market special. The last time ZZ was made was in 2022 at the Chili Valley Harvest Festival. This is a festival favorite, not overpowering heat. This sauce contains fermented Fresno Dragon, Thai Flaming Ghost, & Habanero Chilis.
