Zedd was once the top spice blender & sauce crafter in the Valley. Zedd was known for pairing his blends, Chilis, & Sauces to certain beverages from Beer to Tequila and he was the 57-time winner of the Saturday Night Chili & 62 Hot Sauce throw downs where he matched his talents against other Farmers, home growers, and sauce Crafters. They had Sauce battles for heat, flavor, and looks. Then there was the Spice Blending which Zedd excelled in with his Smoked Spices. Zedd was just your everyday weather-worn hard worker who never cashed in on his local fame so here we honor Zedd by reproducing his lost but found sauce & spice recipes. He also had Salsa, Pico, stuffed chilis & many more recipes.
