We are happy to spot light JJ he worked for Zedd back in 2000 until Zedd's Passing. Another disciple of of Zedd, JJ brings that Island twist with his spice blends & Fermented Chili Mash & Hot Sauces. JJ combined with Zedd & Charlie 'Chuck' Lopez to create the "Caribbean Teardrop Pepper " Which is Part Fresno Dragon part Red Scotch Bonnet.

JJ's work seems to be a continuation or evolution of Zedd's legacy, focusing on spice blends and hot sauces that utilize this unique pepper hybrid. Fermented Chili Mash is a technique that not only preserves peppers but also develops their flavors, making it an excellent base for hot sauce production.
