Smokey Goodness is back after 23 years on the back burner, we always wanted to look for Zedd's lost recipes from the 60s 70s & 80s. Zedd was a Legend back in the days when chili farms were family-run. Zedd was known as a legendary Chili Farmer, Dry Master, Smoke Jocky & Master Blender last but not least Master Sauce Crafter. Zedd kept all his secrets in a tote as rumor had it. Zedd did do a lot of writing about all five of his talents, nobody knew where he kept that tote or if it even existed. Zedd taught us basic techniques back then but was secretive because of other Farms so we thought they were gone so we didn't put out much in the way of spice blends until we had to rebuild the Smokehouse. there underneath it was a nice size tote, right off we knew it was the Legend's stash of secrets ... thank you, Zedd.
